The Platform may be accessed by medical professionals, non-medical professionals, and individuals interested in aesthetic education. Users must be at least 18 years of age.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they comply with:
- UK medical regulations
- Local laws and licensing requirements
- Professional governing bodies
- Insurance requirements
AEVO makes no representation that the content qualifies any individual to perform aesthetic procedures.
All content on the Platform is provided strictly for individual personal viewing only. Each subscription is licensed to one individual user only.

- Present the material in seminars, courses, or workshops
You are responsible for keeping your account login details, including your username and password, confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
If you use a shared device, always log out so that no one else can access your account. You must notify us immediately at support@aevo.co if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

- Not post self-promotion, advertising, spam, or irrelevant links to third-party sites
- Not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material
Any contribution you make to community features will be visible to other users and may be publicly accessible. If you experience or witness harassment or inappropriate behaviour, please contact us at support@aevo.co. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Platform, including community posts and comments ("User Content"). You warrant that you own or have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or breach any law.
By submitting User Content, you grant AEVO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
We may review, moderate, or remove User Content at our discretion, and we are not obliged to store or retain it. You should keep your own copy of anything you wish to retain.

AEVO accepts no responsibility or liability for complications arising from treatments, clinical decisions made by users, patient outcomes, or injury, harm, or damages resulting from procedures performed after viewing the content. Users assume full responsibility for their own clinical practice.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge that:
- Watching a training video does not replace formal hands-on training
- Clinical competency must be developed through appropriate supervised practice
- Users are responsible for ensuring safe practice standards
AEVO, its instructors, and affiliates accept no liability for any events arising from individuals performing treatments after viewing the training material.
11. SUBSCRIPTION, PAYMENT, AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Access to the Platform is provided through a paid annual subscription. Subscription fees grant access for the duration of the subscription period only and do not guarantee permanent access to the content.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise AEVO and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee.
Your subscription renews automatically. At the end of each annual subscription period, your subscription will renew automatically for a further annual term, and your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription fee, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support@aevo.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then. We will notify you before each renewal in accordance with applicable law.
AEVO reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.
Due to the digital nature of the training content, refunds are limited.
Users may request a refund within 30 days of purchase provided that the training content has not been consumed (that is, the Platform content has not been substantially accessed or viewed). After 30 days from the purchase date, or once the content has been substantially accessed, all payments are non-refundable.
By purchasing access to the Platform, users acknowledge and agree that the subscription provides immediate access to digital content, and that refund requests outside the conditions above will not be granted.
AEVO reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without refund if a user:
- Shares account access
- Redistributes training content
- Records or copies platform material
- Uses content for teaching or commercial training purposes
- Breaches these Terms
All content on the Platform, including videos, graphics, training materials, written content, course structures, and demonstrations, is the exclusive intellectual property of AEVO Ltd. Unauthorised use of AEVO intellectual property may result in legal action.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the Platform available and functioning, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from delays.
The quality and resolution of video streaming depend on factors outside our control, including your internet connection speed, device, and available bandwidth. We do not guarantee any particular streaming quality or resolution.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be excluded under UK law.
By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including service, account, transactional, and security messages relating to your subscription. Marketing communications are sent only where you have consented, and you can opt out at any time. Our handling of your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits AEVO's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, AEVO Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any clinical outcomes resulting from treatments performed by users
- Any financial losses arising from the use of the training material
- Personal injury, patient harm, or complications arising from procedures
- Loss of business, reputation, or income
Subject to the first paragraph of this clause, AEVO's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AEVO in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
AEVO may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver: Our failure or delay in enforcing any right under these Terms does not waive that right.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. AEVO may assign its rights and obligations to another entity.
No partnership: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and AEVO.
